Sean arrived on time, he was clean and super polite. He identified the problem quickly and although the refrigerator issue wasn't able to be repaired, he got us to a place where we can operate without the water line. Highly recommended....

Sean responded promptly and thoroughly to my query regarding an issue with my glasstop stove. I was able to schedule an appointment for the following week. As promised, I received a call the day before giving me a two hour window for the appointment. The technician, Mike, called in advance of his arrival. He explained everything that he did, quickly made the repair and was on his way.....

Great find! Fridge wasn't blowing cold air on Sunday morning. I reached out on a Sunday afternoon, had an appt scheduled and completed first thing Monday morning and a new part/installation Wednesday morning. WAY faster service than I would ever have expected. Price was more than fair and service was quick and prompt. No extra fees for the quick turnaround. Pleasant to work with and will 100% use again in the future. Highly recommend!

It was refreshing to hear a human being answer the phone when I called. Other places have you leave a voice-mail, then they text you. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy. A gentleman named Mike came to my home. He was on time and called prior to coming. He was able to diagnose the problem and suggested that I had a few choices to make. He was helpful and full of information. He gave me the pros and cons for everything without trying to sell me on the most expensive option. He helped me come up with a decision that was best for me, given my lifestyle. I would recommend Mike to anybody.

I cannot say enough good things about Hauck and our repairman Michael. We have a 35 year old Wolf commercial range at home, and when I described that to most people (I tried 9 other places first), the answer was "nope, we don't service Wolf". Hauck said "sure, we'll be there on Wednesday between 9:30 and 11:30, and we'll call when we're on our way". Mark called at 10:00, showed up before 10:30, and FIXED it. He explained everything he was doing (because I'm a geek and like to learn stuff), cleaned up after himself, handed me the broken parts, and was gone an hour later. TOTALLY WORTH THE SERVICE CALL! I highly recommend Hauck to anyone!

My dishwasher was not working properly. I had not used it in a while decided to let Sean and Hauck Appliances come out to repair. Sean was very honest of the state of the dishwasher and that it should not be repaired. What I amazed about is that Sean did not even charge me for the visit when I found out the bad news.
